Shipping policy
At Safgran, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you order from us.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or international destinations. If you would like to be notified if we expand our shipping destinations, please contact us at support@safgran.com.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate dispatch notification email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier workload, and other factors outside our control. We are not able to guarantee delivery by a specific date.
During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and bank holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
Order tracking
Full tracking details are provided with every order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
To track your order at any time, please use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email or contact us at support@safgran.com with your order number.
Delivery address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Safgran cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@safgran.com. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your carrier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Parcels not collected or redelivered within the carrier's holding period may be returned to us. In this event, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery of returned parcels.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at support@safgran.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Damaged orders in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please do the following:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product before opening fully.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@safgran.com with your order number and photographs.
- Do not dispose of the original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund for items damaged in transit at no cost to you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full.
Important note for dropshipped orders
Some products in our store are fulfilled directly by our trusted suppliers. This means your order may be dispatched from a supplier warehouse rather than a Safgran facility. Regardless of fulfilment method, all orders are covered by the same delivery timeframes, tracking, and customer service standards described in this policy. Safgran remains your sole point of contact for all order and delivery enquiries.
